DIY TO MAKE SMALL SANDER GRINDING MACHINE FROM THE HDD

Today I am going to guide you DIY mini Grinder from old HDD and Hard Disk Drive = Old hard drive as Sander. This is the most useful sander machine for some appliances to sharp ,remove and to shapes the materials.

by using old hdd supports to do this things to do it yourself without investment. The hard disk drive mini grinder sander is the most versatile carving power tool that you'll ever own! the mini grinder sander is so easy to use and lets you do everything from rough shaping to the finest details and even sanding. To do this grinding sander machine ,we will need.

• ·         1- The old PC's hard drive
• ·         1 -old Personel computer power unit still available
• ·         1- pieces of paper to make surface grinding armor
• ·         1 -The switch and little glue to paste paper dog armor

If there is old personal computer take a hard disk drive from that clean the hdd with soft cloth.Then dismantle the screws on the hard disk drive now you can remove the name plate in the HDD and after removing plate you can see a disk then dismantle the disk and other connecting components and devices from hard disk it could be empty and make a clean using cloth. Using cd drive draw the circle surface in abrasive coating sheet make cut of it for both sides and paste it in the cd  then take a scissor cut the extra peaces coming out from the cd and Again fix the cd to the hard disk ,screw it tightly. after that how to make supply to the disk drive simply take the SMBS Ie Switch Mode Power Supply Which converts AC to DC supply to the components by using this supply we going to operate Mini Grinding Sander Machine . According to the supply we going to do some extras attachment Ie switch to make off and on and then short the supply to the purpose of supply to the hard disk continuously...
