DO IT YOURSELF TO MAKE DIY BATTERY CHARGER FOR TABLETS MOBILE PHONES BY USING SMPS FROM PC

1.SMPS SWITCH MODE POWER SUPPLY

2.ELECTRIC ALLIGATOR CLIP

3.SOLDERING MACHINE

4.INSULATION TAPE

Things to be needed are;

1. SMPS SWITCH MODE POWER SUPPLY
2.ELECTRIC ALLIGATOR CLIP 4-NOS( 2-RED AND 2-BLACK)
3.SOLDERING MACHINE
4.INSULATION TAPE
5.SOME PIECES OF WIRES

HOW TO MAKE CHARGING ACCU-MOBILES,TABLETS AND BATTERY FROM COMPUTER POWER SUPPLY

Take Switch Mode Power Supply in that there you see two sort of bulk wire with plug outlet which contains 20 pins and another one contains 4 pins .

Now, Take a look at 20 pins plug outlet in that short the Green wire and Black wire with a piece of wire because for the active to supply to make diy Battery charger-MOBILE, PHONE and TABLETS.

Then, Take a look in all 4 pins plug outlets you can see 4 colours of wire i.e Yellow Black Red Black
in that yellow black wire for 12v Power supply Which uses for Rechargeable battery ,Battery charger..etc

And the Red Black wire for 5v power supply which uses as usb charger for Mobile Phone and Tablet and charge 5 v battery  also.


Next  going to see how to make Electric Alligator Clip in 12v and 5v power supply from personal computer Switch Mode Power Supply

Now Cut the 12 v yellow black Power supply wires from 4 pins plug outlet and connect extra pieces of wires to extend the connections to use it comfortably then take a Electric Alligator clip and Soldering it with yellow and black wire make insulation tape in that for protection.

Same method Going to follow for 5v  Red and Black power supply wires next two pin  plug outlets cut the wirethen take a Electric Alligator clip and Soldering it with red and black wire make insulation tape in that for protection. Take USB Charger adapter dismantle it take out USB connector alone then soldering it with Red and black wire to make Diy usb charger for mobile phones tablets etc by using Personal Computer Power Supply -Switch mode power supply.

Things going to use for Small Rotor Battery Car

•  1 sheet of cardboard to make the bodywork
•  4 wheels, one chopstick to make axle
•  1 battery, 1 dc motors, switches and bit 1 wire
•  1 wire in a flexible axle bracket

Do it yourself a mini battery Electrical  mottor ,the required things are given above.

Take a cardboard make cut and going to design the body of the diy mini electrical motor in medium size of 5cmx3cm do cut the cardboard and take a chopstick about to cut into 4 pieces for rotor shaft. It make free to rotate the wheel of diy Brushless DC electric motor and paste the rotatory flexible axle bracket in a cardboard using glue gun sticky & strongly.

Take those chopstick which cut into 4 pieces at the end of chopsticks fix a wheel to move diy battery Electric locomotive car to drive freely.

Take a pieces of cardboard cut into two small pieces and paste it on one end of the body of the diy Electric motor and place and paste the Electric  motor on cardboard body and In dc motor shaft fix the wings as same as by using cardboard or other plastic cut into some small pieces paste it crossly with each other do holes in center of it and fix it into the electric motor shaft.

Take a switch button to turn it on and off  in the diy electric motor . In head part paste the switch button , one end of the button connect to the electric motor battery end and another end of the button connected to the diy electric motor and other end of the electric motor is connected to the battery.
